KSN International Member

If your KSN international membership is validated after you register as a non-member, the difference in the registration fee will not be refunded.

KSN 2026 offers special discounted fees for international group registrations (10% for groups of more than 10 registrants, and 20% for groups of more than 50 registrants).
If you are interested in applying for group registration, please contact the KSN 2026 Secretariat at reg@ksnmeeting.kr. We will provide the group registration form.
For group registrations, the total registration fee for all members must be paid in a single payment by one representative.
Any fees incurred during the payment process are the responsibility of the sender.
Only wire transfer is accepted for group registrations (credit card payment is not available). Please note that all bank remittance charges must be covered by the registrants.
After the group registration is completed, individual cancellations or refunds are not permitted. (Only cancellation of the entire group registration is possible.)

Sign-up and Log in: If you are already signed-up on this website, you can use the account for registration.
※ For registration and abstract submission, please use the same ID(e-mail) and password created when you signed up.

Online Registration: After signing up, log-in with your ID and register for KSN 2026 by typing the requested information.

Payment and Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation of registration will be sent to you via e-mail.
※ Payment method is Credit Card only.

If you require an invitation letter to obtain a visa, please refer to the following information:

An official invitation letter will be issued only to participants who have completed full registration payment.
Please note that the invitation letter does not imply any financial support from the organizer.
Printing an Invitation Letter through the KSN 2026 Website
Please log in to ‘My Page – Registration’ using your registered ID and password, and click ‘Invitation Letter’ to download and print the official letter.

If you require an invitation letter to obtain a visa, please refer to the following information:

Requests for a notarized invitation letter can be submitted through the online registration system.
A fee of USD 60 will be charged for notary services. The notarized letter will be sent by international airmail within two weeks after confirmation of full payment.
Please consult the Korean Embassy in your country to determine whether a notarized invitation letter is required for your visa application.

Please note that the onsite registration fee is not be refunded.
Note that for administrative reasons, refund will be made after the meeting.
Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by an e-mail. Any phone application will not be accepted.
