Registration Fee

KSN International Member

• If you applied for membership of the Korean Society of Nephrology after February 28, 2025, you cannot register as a 'KSN Member'.
• If your KSN international membership is validated after you register as a non-member, the difference in the registration fee will not be refunded.

Group Registration Fee

• KSN 2025 provides a special 10% discount for international groups of 10 or more registrants.
• If you are interested in applying for group registration, please contact the KSN 2025 Secretariat at reg@ksnmeeting.kr. We will send you the group registration form.
• For group registrations, the total amount for all members needs to be paid in one payment by one representative.
• Fees incurred during the payment are the responsibility of the sender.
• Only payment by wire transfer is available for group registrations (payment by credit card is not accepted).Please note that the bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• After completing the group registration, individual cancellations and refunds of the group registrants are not possible. (Only cancellation of the entire group registration is possible.)

Sign-up and Log in

If you are already signed-up on this website, you can use the account for registration.
※ For registration and abstract submission, please use the same ID(e-mail) and password created when you signed up.

Online Registration

After signing up, log-in with your ID and register for KSN 2025 by tying the requested information.

Payment and Confirmation of Registration

• A confirmation of registration will be sent to you via e-mail.
  ※ Payment method is Credit Card only.

Complete

Complete your online registration.

Invitation Letter

• Printing an invitation letter through the KSN 2025 website
  Please access ‘My Page – Registration’ with your registered ID and PW and click on Invitation Letter’ to print out a copy of original invitation letter.
• Notarized Invitation Letter
  Request will be processed as a part of the online registration system. USD 60 will be charged for the notary service and air courier letters will be sent by airmail within two weeks after confirmation of your full payment. Please check with the Korean Embassy in your country whether a notarized letter is required for visa issuance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before applying for cancellation, please refer to the following policy.

• Please note that the onsite registration fee is not be refunded.
• Note that for administrative reasons, refund will be made after the meeting.
• Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by an e-mail. Any phone application will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• Until May 31 (Sat), 2025 : 100% Refundable
• From June 1 (Sun) : Non-refundable (including onsite registration)

Once the payment is completed, registration information cannot be modified.
