Poster Exhibition Schedule

  • Poster exhibition dates differ by group. Each presenting author will be notified individually via email.
  • All presenters are requested to mount/remove posters according to the schedule below. If a poster is left behind the designated schedule, it will be removed without notice.

Guideline on Preparing Your Poster Exhibition

The aim of this guideline is to support presenting authors in preparing their poster Exhibition.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the presenting author to print/supply his/her poster for display and bring it to the congress.

Poster Exhibition Venue:
  • All posters will be on display in Room 201-202 (2F, COEX).
Poster Boards:
  • Posters must be mounted on the assigned poster board that carry your unique poster number.
    (Your unique poster number will be announced at a later time.)
Poster Dimensions:
  • Panel: 95cm (W) x 238cm (H)
  • Recommended Poster Size: 90cm (W) x 120cm (H)
  • Maximum Size: 94cm (W) x 195cm (H)

* Posters should be in PORTRAIT orientation.

* The abstract title, author's name(s) and institution(s) should appear at the top.

Poster printing & Pick up service for the KSN 2025 attendees (Optional service)

  • KSN 2025 has officially assigned the local poster printing company "Imagenet" as the official partner to offer discounted poster printing services exclusively to KSN 2025 attendees.
  • Please be advised that each poster exhibition presenting author is responsible for individually arranging the printing order of their poster for display.
  • Using this poster service is not compulsory, and the presenting author can prepare the poster themselves.
  • If you would like to use this service, all poster printing, payment, and pick-up service are handled by our official partner, "Imagenet." Therefore, please forward your inquiries to Imagenet (imagenet365@naver.com)
