We have noticed that fraudulent travel agencies are sending scam emails to KSN 2026 participants/invited guests

These scammers often pretend to be the official housing team or hotel staff and may ask for your credit card details or personal information in order to “confirm” your stay. Please be extremely cautious.

There is no official housing partner working with KSN 2026. Participants should book their own accommodation through the official website: https://www.ksnmeeting.kr/travel/

For invited speakers and chairs, the Secretariat is arranging group bookings at The Westin Josun Seoul. Therefore, please do not reply to any scam emails from booking agencies.

If you receive an unauthorized email (sent without our approval), please:

- Do NOT Reply: Never give your credit card or personal info to people you don't know.
- Do NOT Click Links: Do not open any links or files in suspicious emails.
- Do Not Hurry: Scammers often say "only a few rooms left" to make you act fast. Don't let them rush you.
